• Systematic master software: user-and-machine operating interface,  realizing long-range switch and monitor by mouse clicking and choosing.

•  Concentrate controllers（Lord Control）; communicating with master computer through the network in upstream , and with far-end Controler through power line in downstream.

• Controler: Receive and carry out every order from Lord Control through the power line;

• Mobile phone Signal Isolator: Shield the mobile communication tools in a certain area;

• Special-purpose installation case for the system (if available): Form a complete set and use, beautify and protect the equipment of the hardware;

• Lord Control the computer: Install the master control software;

3  Operating instructions on in control software

3.1. Installation of software

    Double click 【Mobile phone Signal Isolator System.exe】file in the system installation disk and carry out installation. Push “enter” directly when you  meet a clue in most cases until the end of installation. The system will be  installed to this route automatically : 【C:\\Program Files \Mobile phone Signal Isolator System 】。

3.2.The web set-up of Master computer

    Web communication is to be formed by Master Computer and Lord Control. The ex-factory set-up built in the Lord Control is as below:

    IP address:192.168.0.234

    Sub network mask：255.255.255.0

    Gateway：192.168.0.1

    DNS：192.168.0.1

    The network parameters of Master Computer in user’s unit should be revised as follows:

    Except that IP address can't be same as that of Lord Control,other parameters are precisely same as Controller. For instance:

    Note: The built-in network parameters of Lord Controls can be revised when installation is underway by the producer,   corresponding to the current network in the user’s unit;

3.3.user’s log-in and user management

    Click the icon on the table or in the start menu   to start the main control software, put in user name and password in the log-in interface. The built-in user name and password are both : 111.

    Click to " enter " and enter the software’s main control interface. Then choose " the tool " →" user's management ", you can begin to  increase or decrease users and revise the password. New users can set up their own user name and password by themselves. 

3.4. Establishes unit's structure chart

    Click " the file " →" newly-built ", you can newly build a users configuration file of a unit (the institutional framework catalogue of namely the unit ) .

    Put mouse into frame on the left of the main control interface, click the right key , choose to " increase the unit ", put in unit's name (namely user's own unit name ). By clicking to " name again " unit's name can be revised..

    Click and select the newly-built unit names →Right key →Select to " increase the catalogue of lower branch ", can set up building names in your unit , like " Building one " , " Building two " ,etc., Names can be revised again .

    Click and select one of the building name set up just now →Right key →Select to " increase the catalogue of lower branch ", can set up floors in this building and renaming is allowed .

Click and select the floor →Right key →Select to " increase the catalogue of lower branch", can set up a particular room on this floor or a certain area and name this area.

Repeat the above steps, until the set-up of structure catalogues of the user’s unit is finished.

After set-up is over , choose " file " →" storing the configuration file ", and name the file to facilitate future use.

3.5.Corresponding feature icons (photo ):

    Built-in icons in the system:

    After setting up the catalogue chart , if you want to show non-built-in icons on the right side of the main control software interface and to present a pointed area with real life pictures in a more vivid manner, this software has a function of feature icon (photo) correspondence. The working technique is:

    Find the system installation catalogue 【C:\ Program Files\ Mobile phone Signal Isolator System】. Among them there is a " photo " file exclusively for storing the corresponding icons.

    Take a ready-made photo, like a photo of first floor lobby, name it as “first floor lobby” in the unit's institutional framework catalogue. Make two in the size of 100x90 , one colored and another in black-and-white, named  as " first floor lobby- on " and " first floor lobby - off " respectively, copy these two photos to the " photo " file above mentioned. After re-starting the main control software and clicking to choose “first floor lobby”, you can find the corresponding icon has already been changed into the photos that are just handled. Among them the colored photo (on) shows the status of turning on of isolation function in this area and the black-and-white means the isolation function in this area is shut off.

3.6.set up the systematic parameters

   Select the floor or the room →Right key →select" parameter revise ", at " serial number " position revise address numbers.  Every address serial number is corresponding to a far-end Controler number.

    Caution: Generally speaking users should avoid to revise the address serial numbers after system installation and testing to prevent possible chaos of controlled areas.

    Click the right key to select unit name and building, an IP address is required to put in. This IP parameter has been set up when the system installation is going on. Please make sure not to revise it randomly in the course of using, otherwise it will cause the whole system’s failure of running.

3.7.timing plans (nobody on duty , run automatically )

    Click and select the newly-built unit names →Right key →Select" the timing plan ", you can make the timing planning chart .

    After making the chart , choose " the file " →" storing the plan ", name the file for future use.

    While running the plan →Right key →Select " suspend timing plan " , system can suspend running according to the original timing plan, again Right key →Select " resume timing plan " , system will continue as per the planning .

3.8.system operation

    There are two ways to realize long-range control. First , on the “unit institutional framework” of main interface’s left hand, use right key to choose “turn on” or “shut off”. The other way is to double click the icon on main interface’s right hand directly.

    Generally, this system is able to operate in the backstage of the master computer automatically without user on-duty. Operation administrator only needs to make sure the master computer is keeping running and operating the main control software of this system.  

    There are swift icons of daily used functions like “turn on all” and “shut off all” on the software’s main interface. Users can select directly to carry out operation.

3.9. Status Query

    Click " the tool " →Status Query, the proceeding bar appears. Don’t suspend it. Status query list shows up upon the finish of proceeding bar. According to the list, user’s unit can get to know the working condition of every far-end Controler and mobile signal isolator at any time.  Among them:

    “Controler on, Terminal run normal”: shows the Controler is in the state of opening  and the Mobile phone Signal Isolator operates normally;

“Controler on, Terminal run Abnormal”: shows the Controler is in the state of opening , the Mobile phone Signal Isolator works abnormally. The possible reason is that the isolator or isolator’s AC module is damaged and needs checking and reparing in this place.

 “Controler off” : Shows the system shuts off the Controler currently and if you want to check whether the related isolator is working properly, you have to open the Controler again and begin checking.

    Other status : The operation is unusual and a prompt checking is necessary.

3.10. Routine system operation procedure

    Start the Lord Control the computer (the master computer) →Open the main control software →Open the configuration file (unit's institutional framework form ) →Open the timing planning chart →Look over / monitor / control the working state of all long-range isolators.

3.11. Explain tool bar button functions

：Newly build, establish a new institutional framework catalogue of a unit;

：Open the configuration file(*.lgt）, that is, open a unit institutional framework catalogue file stored in advance ;

：store the configuration file, that is, store an edited institutional framework catalogue file ;

：Open a timing plan list（*.job）, open a timing plan kept in advance ;

: Store a timing plan.

：The systems are all opened;

：The system is closed completely;

：User management: Can increase and decrease login user names and passwords in the system;

：Status Query: check operating status of every Controler and controlled terminal to facilitate repairs and maintenace.

4.  Precautions in system installation and operation

     One Lord Control can control 1023 Controler and all the Controlers must be installed within a power network under the same voltage transformer; 

    If the user’s unit has more than one voltage transformer and electric wire network, one separate Lord Control is necessary for oen power network under each voltage transformer; 

    At the Controler’s power input socket, " L " (battle line ) and " N " (Line zero ) cannot be connected mistakenly. Otherwise, the Controler will be burned and damaged. Therefore, please make sure of “L” and “N” at power input before installing Controler. The connection of  “L” and “N”  at Controler’s power output socket can be ignored.
